It’s Been a Busy Year

2023 has been an especially busy year thus far!

We’ve had the new English Shepherd puppy Tadhg to bring up, the kitchen garden to expand, pigs to raise, and camping on the ranch to promote.

The thing that has taken the most patience, learning, and work has been setting up our new online market to sell our exquisite Mangalitsa Heritage Pork. Whew, what a learning curve! I’m still trying to catch my breath!

It’s been quite an adventure, too. We’ve met some terrific folks (who are now customers!), and connected with amazing people who are all about helping small producers like us and even managed to successfully ship frozen pork.
