We rarely get the chance to see our puppies all grown up in person, or their new family for that matter. Sure we see pictures, but it isn’t quite the same as up close and personal. So seeing two of our former puppies recently was quite a treat!
While in California, I had the wonderful opportunity to meet up with Kamilla and one of our 2013 puppy’s… Toby! It was such a delight to see him, at 1 ½ years old, and to meet Kamilla face-to-face for the first time! What a beautiful dog he’s grown into under Kamilla’s caring hand. We chatted about Toby and ES in general while drinking a hot beverage on a rainy day… so very pleasant.

And then, on my return to Washington we met up with Sherri and one of our 2014 puppy’s… Grady! Such a handsome boy, 1 year old now! Sherri is selling her farm and generously donated a flock of Ancona ducks to us. We had Niamh with us so it was fun for the two siblings to meet again! Niamh adopted those babies as her own. They certainly recognized each other! And Grady definitely remembered us… especially when I gave him our special “puppies, it’s time to eat!” calls!
